About the Workshop's Treatment Method
The Integrative Approach
and the InHeal Method
The InHeal method is based on the understanding that trauma affects three inseparable dimensions of a person: body, spirit and mind. The workshop works in three main stages:
01
Processing loss on the physical level
Releasing the energy trapped in the body after life-threatening events and loss, using clinically proven methods.
02
Treating the emotional root
Processing experiences of bereavement and trauma from a personal, safe place, with close professional support.
03
Strengthening resilience and new resources
Practical tools for living alongside trauma and strengthening personal and family resilience over time.
