The department has a multidisciplinary team that works together to help patients carry out their integrative treatment plan. Dr. Samer Muhtaseb, the department director, personally accompanies each inpatient and closely follows each patient's medical file. Alongside the medical team are paramedical professionals in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, nutrition and rehabilitation psychology.

Patients in the department may be visited every day of the week. Sunday to Friday: 10:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00. Saturday: 10:00-13:00 and 16:00-21:00.
