The User is legally competent to perform binding legal acts, and the User declares that they are 18 years of age or older, or holds the approval of their legal guardian to perform such acts.
The User is a real person and is not acting through any computer software, including BOT software of any kind.
If the means of payment the User wishes to use for the purchase is a credit card, the User holds a valid credit card lawfully issued by one of the credit card companies operating in Israel, or has received the voluntary consent of the holder of such a credit card to use it.
The Association reserves the right to limit the quantity of products and/or services the User may order on the Website, for any reason whatsoever, without having to give reasons and without the User having any claim in this regard.
The Association reserves the right to block access to purchases and/or cancel purchases of users whose conduct is inappropriate or not in accordance with these Terms, or of users who try to disrupt the proper operation of the Website, without having to give reasons, and the User shall have no claim in this regard.
Purchasing Products and Services
The Association will allow a User who meets the conditions of section 2.1 above (also the “Customer“) to purchase various products and services through the Website (the “Order“).
Each product and/or service offered for sale on the Website will be presented in a dedicated price list showing the details of the product and/or service offered and its price. To order one or more products and/or services, contact the Association by phone or by leaving your details on the Website, such as full name, phone number and email address. Fields that are explicitly marked are mandatory. Without providing the information requested in the mandatory fields, the Customer will not be able to place an order. Without full and correct details, the Association will not be able to fulfill the order. It is also clarified that intentionally providing false details or providing details without authorization may constitute a criminal offense, for which criminal and civil legal proceedings may be taken.
Payment for the service and/or product chosen by the Customer will be made by a telephone credit card transaction before the Association confirms the order.
It is clarified that prices and/or availability of products and/or services for the Customer may vary from service to service and/or product to product (as applicable), and with regard to the type of appointment and/or test and/or treatment ordered, the physician and/or therapist, the type of treatment, etc., subject to and in accordance with the Association’s decision and at its sole discretion.
The Customer is aware that, in order to use and/or order products and/or services offered on the Website by the Association, if ordered, the Customer may be required to fill in and sign relevant documents and/or present relevant medical documents and/or approvals (including previous test results, summaries of required treatments, Form 17, documents and records of medical history, etc.), all in accordance with and subject to the Association’s discretion and the provisions of the law. If the Customer does not wish to fill in and/or sign the relevant documents and/or present the relevant medical approvals and/or documents as required by the Association, the Customer is asked to refrain from ordering the services and/or products offered on the Website. If the Customer ordered such products and/or services but refused to sign and/or present the relevant documents, the Customer is aware that the Association may refuse to provide the services and/or products it offers, in whole and/or in part, and the Customer waives any claim and/or demand and/or suit against the Association in this matter.
In addition to the information in section 3.2 above, as part of the ordering process the Customer will provide the means of payment they wish to use for the purchase, as made available on the Website from time to time.
The means of payment available to the Customer are as follows:
Credit card.
BIT.
Bank transfer to the Association’s account: Bank Hapoalim (12), branch 391, account no. 399995.
Orders cannot be placed or paid for using any other means of payment.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Association may remove and/or add means of payment, limit payment and/or payment terms, and/or give instructions in this regard, all from time to time and at its sole discretion.
It is clarified that, for reasons of information security and protection of the Customer’s privacy, if the means of payment chosen by the Customer is a credit card, the payment details will not be stored in full (only the last four digits) in the Association’s database and will be used only for the specific order.
If the means of payment chosen by the Customer is a credit card, the system will verify the credit card details through the clearing company. If the payment is not approved by the credit card company, the Customer will receive an appropriate notice, the order will not be carried out, and the Association will not be obligated to the Customer in any way, including with regard to holding the availability of the product and/or service.
After the order is placed, an email will be sent to the Customer at the address entered or provided by the Customer as part of the order. This message does not constitute confirmation that the order has been accepted by the Association and/or that all products and/or services are available. If, after the order is placed, it turns out that the services and/or products cannot be provided, or in cases beyond the Association’s control, including where the physician and/or therapist and/or specialist with whom the appointment was booked must cancel the appointment for personal reasons, or where the service and/or product is to be provided by a third party contracted by the Association and the service is not actually provided by it, the Customer will receive an appropriate notice by email and/or a phone call from the Association’s customer service. If the service and/or product is canceled by the Association as stated, the Association will refund the Customer, as applicable, the amount paid for the canceled service and/or product, and the Customer shall have no claim and/or demand and/or suit against the Association in this matter.
It is clarified that the products and/or services displayed on the Website may, among other things, be unavailable at the time of ordering, and the Association may decline to approve the order and notify the Customer that the order has been canceled, and the Customer shall have no claim and/or demand and/or suit in this matter for any type of damage, whether direct or indirect, caused to the Customer and/or to a third party. Nothing in this section derogates from the Association’s obligation to refund the Customer any amount paid to the Association, if paid, or to cancel the charge if made. In such a case, the Customer shall have no claim against the Association, and by placing the order the Customer waives any such claim.
The Association may update the prices of products and/or services on the Website from time to time without the need for prior notice. The price valid for an order is the price on the Website at the time the order is placed. If prices were updated after the product and/or service was selected but before the order was completed, the Customer will be charged the updated prices.
The Association may offer promotions, benefits and discounts on the Website, and may at any time discontinue, replace or change such promotions, benefits and discounts without the need for any prior notice.
The Association reserves the right to limit the number of products and/or services that may be purchased in each order.
Prices displayed on the Website include VAT as required by law, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
It is clarified that the prices of products and/or services may differ from the prices of products sold at the Association’s medical rehabilitation center. In any event, the Association does not undertake that the prices of products on the Website are the same as or lower than the prices of products and/or services at the Association’s medical rehabilitation center, and the prices on the Website should not be relied upon as if the Association had undertaken to offer them at the same or a reduced price.
Once the order is approved by the Association and payment is received, an invoice will be sent to the Customer at the email address entered when ordering.

Cancellation of Products and Services
A Customer who has placed an order may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (the “Consumer Protection Law“), the main points of which are set out below.
If a Customer wishes to cancel an order, they may do so within 14 days of receiving the product or of receiving the disclosure document (whichever is later). For an ongoing service (whether or not limited to a specific period), the Customer may cancel the order within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document (whichever is later). If the Customer wishes to cancel a one-time service, they may do so within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document (whichever is later), provided that the cancellation is made at least 2 (two) days (excluding rest days) before the date the service is to be provided.
If the Customer is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant (as these terms are defined in the Consumer Protection Law), the User may cancel the transaction from the date of the transaction until 4 months from the date of receiving the products or the disclosure document (whichever is later), provided that the transaction included a conversation between the Association and the Customer. The Association may require the User to present an appropriate certificate, all in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
Within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, the Association will refund the Customer the amount paid when placing the order, including shipping fees if paid. In such a case, the Association may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the price of the canceled order or ₪100, whichever is lower (provided that the cancellation did not result from a defect, a fault in the product, or a discrepancy between the product received and the disclosure document, all in accordance with the law). The refund under this section will be made using the means of payment used for the canceled purchase and/or in another way agreed by the parties if such a refund is not possible.
A transaction is canceled by a cancellation notice delivered to the Association (the “Cancellation Notice“) in one of the following ways:
By phone: 03-5008811, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00-15:00
By email: info@medical360.org
Through the Cancel a Transaction page on the Association’s website
In the Cancellation Notice, the User will provide, in addition to the order details, their name and ID number, and if the cancellation is made by phone, also the last four digits of / information about the means of payment used for the transaction.
When canceling a transaction for products and/or services purchased under “special sale” terms (for example 1+1, 3 for ₪100, second product at a discount) and/or with benefits, refunds will be made according to the same purchase terms. If only some of the products are returned, or the service has not yet been supplied/provided to the Customer, the refund will be given according to the relative discount actually granted for the product and/or service at the time of purchase.
Cancellation of a product or service due to a defect or a discrepancy with the details on the Website:
If the Customer received a defective product, or if the specification of the product and/or service differs from the specification published on the Website, the Customer must contact the Association’s customer service in writing or orally as set out in section 4 above, within 14 days of receiving the product/service. If the Association decides, at its sole and absolute discretion, that there is a defect or discrepancy, the product/service will be replaced or the purchase canceled, at the Customer’s choice.
If the Customer asks to cancel the transaction, an email confirming the cancellation of the purchase will be sent to the Customer.
In the event of cancellation due to a product defect, cancellation of an order after it has been delivered to the Customer is subject to returning the canceled items to the Association.
The Association will refund the Customer, within 14 days of receiving the Cancellation Notice as set out in section 5.5 above, the amount paid for the defective product or for a product and/or service whose specification differs from the one published on the Website. In the event of cancellation due to a defect and/or discrepancy, the Association will also refund the shipping fees, if paid by the Customer.
It is clarified that, in accordance with the law, the Customer’s right to cancel a transaction does not derogate from the Association’s right to claim its damages if products are returned whose value has decreased as a result of a significant deterioration in their condition while in the Customer’s possession, including the return of a product that has been used, whose packaging has been opened or damaged, or that has been damaged, impaired, broken and/or harmed in any way. Therefore, a Customer who wishes to cancel a transaction is asked to return the product with its label and in its original packaging as far as possible. The Customer is also asked, in order to avoid damaging the product, to refrain from using it and to return it free of any defect and/or fault of any kind.
For the avoidance of doubt, the right of cancellation does not apply to products made specially for the consumer according to special requirements or measurements, and/or under any other provision of the Consumer Protection Law and/or any other law that limits the right of cancellation. In addition, no refund will be given for items for which no payment was made.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the cancellation policy at the Association’s medical rehabilitation center does not apply to products and/or services purchased on the Website.
Cancellation of a transaction by the Association – the Association may cancel the Customer’s order, at its sole and absolute discretion and without any obligation to give reasons, in any of the following cases:
In any case in which the Association is unable to operate the Website properly, including in cases of technical faults.
In any case in which the Association is unable to supply the products/services.
In any case of a clerical error in any of the details displayed on the Website, including the description of the product(s)/services and/or the price of the product(s)/services.
In any case in which the Association is unable to meet any other obligation under these Terms. The Customer shall have no claim and/or demand and/or suit against the Association as a result of such cancellation.
In each of the above cases, the Association will send the Customer a notice of the cancellation of the order, and the payment will be refunded to the Customer within 14 days of the notice.

A clerical error in the description and/or appearance, and/or in the way the product and/or service appears on the User’s screen, shall not bind the Association. In any contradiction and/or discrepancy of any kind between any content on the Website and these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.
The Association shall not be liable for illegal activity by users of the Website or by any other party not under its full control.
The User undertakes to indemnify the Association, upon its first demand, for any loss and/or expense and/or damage caused to it due to the User’s use of the Website and/or purchase of the Association’s products/services, including for any third-party claim against the Association arising from a breach of these Terms.
In any event, even if a competent legal authority determines that the Association is liable to any user, the Association shall not bear any liability exceeding the value of the product/service purchased, nor for any indirect damage.
