Accessibility Provisions – Medical Care Hospital
In Medical Care we take measures and invest many resources into providing all of our clients and patients with professional services based on equality to all, respectability and accessibility. In compliance with the Israel Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law 1998, Medical Care has undergone extensive efforts to make our premises accessible to all people equally so that every person, including the handicapped and disabled, will be able to receive any of our services offered, in an independent and equal manner. Premises Accessibility Arrangements
These are the accessibility arrangements that exist in our admission offices, which are located at our address: 13 Aba Berdichev Street, Bat Yam, Israel:
- Several disabled parking spaces near the entrance.
- A fully inclusive built entry which can be used by everyone, regardless of age, gender or disability, from the entryways, through the admission center and all the way to service area, including elevators.
- Accessible counters in our admission area.
- Handicapped and disabled bathrooms in the lobby as well as on the floors.
- Detailed signage by exits, entrances and doorways.
- Accessible pathway to reception counters, to ensure full access to people with a range of disabilities and special needs.
- Staff appropriately trained to assist with forms, registration actions and operation of necessary equipment.

In Medical Care we provide routine training to our staff in order to ensure that they have the knowhow, the awareness and the tools to provide accessible service to all who may require such service.
