Cancellation of transaction
If you have the right to cancel a transaction according to the product purchase conditions, the site regulations, and/or the Consumer Protection Law of 1981, The AMPA Association allows cancellation of a transaction made on its website via a cancellation notice through any of the methods listed below and in accordance with the contact methods detailed below:

- Online – by submitting the cancellation notice form appearing below and also available in the “Order Cancellation” tab on the main page of the website.
- The cancellation notice must include your full name and ID number, as well as the details of the transaction you wish to cancel, and contact details for follow-up if necessary.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later), and for ongoing services (whether for a specified period or not), you can cancel your order within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later). If you wish to cancel a one-time service, you can do so within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date of receipt of the disclosure document (whichever is later), provided that the cancellation is made at least 2 (two) days (not including days of rest) prior to the service date.
Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice, the company will refund the customer the amount paid at the time of the order, including shipping fees, if paid by them. In such a case, the company reserves the right to charge cancellation fees of 5% of the canceled order price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower (provided that the cancellation did not result from a defect, malfunction in the product, mismatch between the product received and the disclosure document, and all according to the provisions of the law). The refund stated in this section will be made through the payment method used for the canceled purchase.
