Dr. Arie Soroksky

A highly respected figure in the field of critical care medicine, Dr. Soroksky has served since 2011 as Head of the General Intensive Care Unit at Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, affiliated with Tel Aviv University. Born in Lviv, Ukraine in 1966, Dr. Soroksky earned his MD with honors in 1993 from the University of Pécs, Hungary. His clinical background includes board certification in Internal Medicine, a fellowship in Critical Care Medicine, and a Master’s degree in Health Administration from Tel Aviv University.

In addition to his leadership role, Dr. Soroksky is actively involved in academic teaching at Tel Aviv University in the field of critical care, and has published extensively on topics such as severe COVID-19 cases, non-invasive ventilation, and optimal ventilation strategies. His dedication to advancing medical knowledge is evident through his ongoing research, publications, and role as a reviewer for the Journal of Critical Care Medicine.

He is an active member of professional associations including the Israeli Medical Association and the Israeli Society of Critical Care Medicine, reflecting his deep commitment to the medical community.
